Supreme Court Refuses to Block Injunction Allowing Trans Student to Use Boys’ Restrooms at School
On September 10, 2025, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled in favor of our client, a transgender high school student in South Carolina, rejecting the State of South Carolina’s request for a stay of an injunction recently entered by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, which allows the student to use boys’ restrooms at school while the case proceeds in court.
