Wardenski P.C. Welcomes Mack Karbon as 2025-2026 Civil Rights Litigation Fellow

Wardenski P.C. is pleased to welcome Mack Karbon (they/them) as the firm’s 2025-2026 Civil Rights Litigation Fellow. During their fellowship, Mack will support the firm’s active civil rights litigation practice, with a focus on our LGBTQ+ rights cases.

As an early career attorney, Mack has already shown an impressive commitment to civil rights advocacy, including a passion for advocating for LGBTQ+ rights. Before joining the firm, they practiced employment discrimination law in private practice in Washington, DC for two years. While in DC, Mack also served as a volunteer attorney for Whitman-Walker Health’s Legal Services Program, where they assisted transgender clients with health coverage issues, name changes, and other matters.

During law school, Mack completed legal internships at the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Employment Litigation Section of the U.S. Department of Justice’s Civil Rights Division, and the Delaware Department of Justice. They were also a senior editor of the Washington University Jurisprudence Review.

Mack received their J.D. from Washington University School of Law in 2023 and is a graduate of the University of Miami, from which they received a Bachelor of Music degree in 2019.
