Mack Karbon
ATTORNEY & CIVIL RIGHTS LITIGATION FELLOW
Mack Karbon (they/them) is Wardenski P.C.’s 2025-2026 Civil Rights Litigation Fellow.
Mack earned their J.D. in from Washington University School of Law, where they received the Stuart A. Oelbaum Public Interest Award and a certificate in public interest law. During law school, Mack was the senior editor for the Washington University Jurisprudence Review, which, in 2023, published their note discussing the Supreme Court’s expansion of free exercise liberties during the COVID-19 pandemic. As a law student, Mack interned for the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Employment Litigation Section of the Civil Rights Division of the U.S. Department of Justice, and the Delaware Department of Justice.
Prior to law school, Mack worked for Exchange for Change, teaching music and poetry to incarcerated men in South Florida. While receiving their undergraduate degree in jazz vibraphone performance from the University of Miami, they hosted a weekly public radio broadcast on 88.9 WDNA.
Before joining Wardenski P.C., Mack practiced employment law in Washington, DC. They were the June J.D. Kalijarvi Employment Law Fellow at Kalijarvi, Chuzi, Newman & Fitch, PC, a civil rights and employment litigation law firm. They were also a volunteer attorney for Whitman-Walker Health’s Legal Services Program.
Mack is a proud nonbinary transgender person and is passionate about fighting for the rights and dignity of queer people everywhere.
Mack is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and is currently seeking admission to the New York bar. They are currently practicing in New York under the supervision of a member of the New York bar.
