Federal Court Blocks Discriminatory Transgender Military Ban
On March 18, U.S. District Judge Ana C. Reyes issued a nationwide preliminary injunction blocking the Trump Administration from enforcing its discriminatory ban on military service by transgender people, holding that the plaintiffs, transgender active-duty service members and enlistees, will likely prove that the ban is unconstitutional.
