Wardenski P.C. Welcomes Summer Associate Elijah Pitt

Wardenski P.C. is excited to welcome Elijah Pitt, a rising third-year law student at Columbia Law School, as the firm’s summer associate for Summer 2026. This summer, Elijah will work closely with Wardenski P.C.’s attorneys on our active civil rights litigation docket.

Elijah brings a demonstrated commitment to civil rights advocacy to the firm and its clients. At Columbia Law, Elijah has served as Outreach Chair of Columbia OUTLaws, Newsletter Chair of Racial Literacy for Racial Justice, and a staff member of Columbia’s Journal of Law and Social Problems. As a student in the law school’s Gender and Sexuality Law Practicum this past spring, Elijah completed internships at the New York City Commission on Human Rights and the Urban Justice Center’s Sex Workers Project. Last summer, Elijah was a legal intern with the Neighborhood Defender Service in Harlem, where he worked in the housing defense unit.

At Columbia Law, Elijah has served as Outreach Chair of Columbia OUTLaws, Newsletter Chair of Racial Literacy for Racial Justice, and a staff member of Columbia’s Journal of Law and Social Problems. As a first-year law student, Elijah participated in Columbia Law’s Gender and Sexuality Moot Court.

Elijah is a graduate of the University of Florida, where he received a Bachelor of Arts in English and a minor in History.
