Donna Webster

Donna Webster (she/her/hers) is a law clerk at Wardenski P.C. for Summer 2025. Donna supports the firm’s civil rights litigation and consulting work.
Donna is a rising second-year law student at New York University School of Law. She graduated from Cornell University in 2022, where she earned a dual B.A. in Government and Sociology.
Before law school, Donna worked as a litigation paralegal for Wigdor LLP, a plaintiff-side employment discrimination law firm. At NYU, Donna is a member of several student groups, including OUTLaw, Black Law Students Association, Women of Color Collective (WoCC), and Substantial Performance A Cappella, and she will serve on the executive board for both OUTLaw and WoCC in the upcoming school year. This summer, Donna is also working with NYU’s Institute for Policy Integrity to conduct environmental policy research relating to federal agencies’ Environmental Impact Statements.
Donna is originally from Seattle, Washington and currently lives in the Upper West Side neighborhood of Manhattan.
